provide on-site Outpatient Rehabilitation Programs.
These Rehabilitation Programs have been customized for our
facilities in partnership with one of the premier companies
in the Geriatric Rehabilitation Community. These programs
will allow all staff to be fully involved with patient care
to maximize functional outcomes.
